This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Outbell (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by outbell.com. The Application is Proximity based Productivity Utility tool for buildings to enhance their visitors experience in their outlets. The underlying technology and Software used in the App, is Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and Apple’s iBeacon. iBeacon, Bluetooth, Apple, Google and other trademarks are the property of their respective trademark owners.

THIS PRIVACY POLICY APPLIES TO THE OUTBELL

Outbell recognizes the importance of maintaining your privacy. We value your privacy and appreciate your trust in us. This Policy describes how we treat user information we collect on outbell.com and other offline sources and apps. This Privacy Policy applies to current and former visitors to our website and to our online customers. By visiting and/or using our website or App or Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. Outbell is a property of OUTBELL Communications Private Limited, an Indian Company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 having its registered office at 1/338-1 ( Ground Floor), Kaveri Main Street Sri Nagar, Iyer Bungalow Madurai Tamil Nadu - 625014.

We NEVER collect your credit card number or credit card expiry date or other details pertaining to your credit card on our website. Credit card information will be obtained and processed by our online payment partner. Information you post. We collect information you post in a public space on our website or on a third-party social media site belonging to OUTBELL. Demographic information. We may collect demographic information about you or any other information provided by your during the use of our website. We might collect this as a part of a survey also. Other information. We might look at what site you came from, duration of time spent on our website, pages accessed or what site you visit when you leave us. We might also collect the type of mobile device you are using, or the version of the operating system your computer or device is running.

EMAIL OPT-OUT

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. You can also request to opt-out via email, at info@outbell.com You can opt out of receiving our marketing emails. To stop receiving our promotional emails, please email info@outbell.com It may take about ten days to process your request. Even if you opt out of getting marketing messages, we will still be sending you transactional messages through email and SMS about your purchases.

THIRD PARTY SITES

If you click on one of the links to third party websites, you may be taken to websites we do not control. This policy does not apply to the privacy practices of those websites. Read the privacy Children We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at info@outbell.com , we will delete such information from our data servers within a reasonable time.

This Privacy Policy was last updated on 15th January, 2016. From time to time we may change our privacy practices. We will notify you of any material changes to this policy as required by law. We will also post an updated copy on our website. Please check our site periodically for updates.

This mobile application (“Application) will provide you with an easy method for opting-out from your mobile device. When you use the Application to opt-out of the collection or use of data from your mobile device, the Application will provide notice of your election to the applicable company that is collecting your information on your mobile device. However, it is the applicable company that is collecting information on your mobile device that is ultimately responsible for honouring your opt-out election, not Outbell.

The Application provided by Outbell , is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Outbell expressly disclaims any warranty, regarding the Application including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or for failure of performance. Outbell does not warrant that the Application will be free from defects or errors. You agree that downloading and use of the Application is at your own risk and that Outbell is not responsible for any damages or losses whatsoever resulting from your downloading or use of, or your reliance upon, the Application. By downloading the Application you expressly agree to hold Outbell harmless from any loss, harm, injury, or damage whatsoever resulting from or arising out of your use of the Application. This Disclosure and Disclaimer is subject to the Terms of Use Agreement.
